S’mores Bars
Prep Time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 35 minutes Total Time: 50 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1.5 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups milk chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Line 9X13 pan with parchment paper
In medium sized bowl, whisk flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt
In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. About 2 minutes
Beat in eggs, one at a time until combined
Add vanilla
On low speed, slowly add flour mixture until combined
Divide dough in half
Firmly press half the dough into bottom of parchment lined pan.
On top of the dough, spread the marshmallow fluff into an even layer
Evenly sprinkle milk chocolate chips over the marshmallow fluff
Crumble up the remaining half of the dough, in clumps, over the top. Do not worry about not covering the whole top . Marshmallow and chocolate chips should show through
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and melty
Place the pan on a wire rack and cool completely to room temperature
Remove from pan and cut into squares. They will be easier to cut after being in the refrigerator for a couple hours
