Double Chocolate Espresso Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cups cocoa powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 bags chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre heat oven to 350°F
In large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch and salt. Set aside
Cream butter along with both sugars until fluffy, about 2 minutes
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
Add vanilla and espresso powder. Scrape sides and mix
Slowly add flour mixture and mix on low speed until just combined
Stir in chocolate chips
Chill dough for 2 hours
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes
Sprinkle with flakey sea salt if desired
